Hi, I'm Beth Search Gillham, an Advanced Speech and Language Therapist with over 14 years' experience supporting children and young people with speech, language and communication needs.
I specialise in Autism, Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and speech sound disorders. I have extensive experience working across mainstream nurseries and schools, specialist autism provision, family homes, and community settings.
My approach is child-centred and nurturing, neurodiversity-affirming, and tailored to each child's individual strengths and needs. I work closely with families, educational settings, and other professionals to provide practical, evidence-based support that helps children communicate with confidence and participate more fully in everyday life.
I offer assessment, therapy, consultation, training, and teletherapy services across East Sussex and beyond.
